There is a variety of different democratic systems throughout the world by observing British colonialism, American Jefferson system Switzerland democratic system and Indian constitutional system. In this note, I compare different laws of democracy. The theory and practice of freedom comes from a variety of systems such as democracy, Republic, constitution state, kingdom.

Laws of Nature gives us only a tiny taste of a huge universe , In simple words honeybees, ants and many other creatures are giving us an excellent example of society, system, rules and democracy through natural law, nature is our home and pure democracy by understanding that we are just tiny matter in a huge loop of life. Some creatures are well organized according to the law of nature and certain basic rules are mutated in them to survive together. The proposed of our man made democracy is to have a basic knowledge of civic duties and certain rules written or memorized by the people to live in peace. The rules have many names such as the contracts, the charters, the constitution, the documents of laws, treaties last two hundred years we are very familiar with the term constitution, which is commonly used now days.

Almost every state must have some kind of constitution written or unwritten even in a state ruled by a dictator there is a constitution to direct people. Any state that does not have a constitution would be considered regime of anarchy but with some kind of order. A constitution is the body of rules that determine how government operation is to be carried on a daily basis. It includes all rules as to kings or presidents, legislators, senators, ministers, judges, election and so on. According to the translation from the Book of Rabi, the first human government that emerged on earth as an autocracy or plutocracy by a man called King Nimrod. Before Nimrod, there was no need for government in the Garden of Eden. Everyone obeyed God, so there was no conflict. Sin had not yet entered, so there was no theft or violence. Overtime British slowly developed through the centuries, got away from constitution, and developed amalgam of institutions, principles and practices. The constitution is a composite of charters and statues of judicial decisions of common law, of precedents wages and traditions. It is not like American and Indian styled derived from specific source of writing constitution or Amendment but from several past examples and experience open to a process of growth. It is a child of wisdom and of chance whose course has sometimes guided by accident and sometimes by high design of Almighty (Rab) for human Development.

In the 21st century future of democracy lies in conscious art of freedom in which each successive generation has the right to add its own amendments without any concern of old symmetry of the forefathers and its structure because change is part of life. The journey from constitution to common sense takes hundreds of years to become the fruit of intellectual people a process of gradual change otherwise it’s just ink on the papers for distraction and arguments but justice.

In 2012, I visited London to see my Great Grandfather sword in British Museum and tried to buy a copy of British Constitution. the Englishman concept of society and rules are different from many people that I can get a copy of Magna Chart-a of 1215 , the Bill of Rights 1689 , Parliament Acts of 1911 and 1949 and thousands of similar documents but the whole constitution in one documentary because a substantial portion of the Constitution is based on common sense.

British do not have in the written form such as freedom is the birthright of all living things does not have to be in writing certain way to restrict freedom. this idea inspired me and embraced my limited understanding , that basic rules of a city, state and federal government are written to operate for the function of a government but rules of life should be based on “ liberty “ and cannot be bound into a time capsule .

Human development cannot be restricts by a contract or a constitution because conditions are keep changing along with new problems, new technology and knowledge. Thus, the rules that we obey in America is written in black on white paper and constantly getting amendment on top of the amendment a huge documentary of stone age.

My brain kept asking me the same question, if British does not have a constitution the idea of theory and practice does not works. , while I was sitting in the train from London to Manchester, asked the English Gentleman who seemed to be well educated about the question of the constitution Mr. John Cromwell replied that the British Constitution is a Parliamentary indeed it is written and keep changing for thousands of years we just do not amend it to save energy and time. The answered cleared my confusion that the British have a constitution.

The five hours journey went by quick with Mr. John Cromwell who works as an advertising salesperson for a London based newspaper. Our conversation continued for an hour until dinner arrived. Mr. Cromwell soft spoken very polite person whose personal idea of constitution is simple and similar to the young Americans that it should be limited to the basic rules to run government not the daily life the word he commonly used in his conversation was “flexibility “of laws.

The beauty of British Parliamentary system is that the law of 1911 and 1949 allows members of Parliament to bend House of Lords and House of Common to adopt change in civil and criminal matters to make life easy based on no law is more fundamental than individual liberty and freedom. Unfortunately is opposite in America after any crisis or at the time of stress things gets more complicated in the Hoses and the Senate usually new law on top of the old one complicates justice.

Perhaps if I remember that the British petition of right and the bill of rights and comparing them between king John Lockland and Queen Isabella response at the time of stress and crisis. King John was a very intelligent man who set the foundation of the British law first time certain basic rights were recognized for the common people in the year 1215 and here we are in America after almost 1000 years from the British bill of rights arguing the Patriot Act of 2001 is unconstitutional.

It was interesting to understand that in British history meetings were held by the kings with philosophers, poets and intelligence intellectuals to improve laws and conditions of the citizens afterward meeting were turned into conventions just for the argument of the issue to study of theory and practice Perhaps cause and effect. The reason I picked British constitution and law to compare with other democracies around the globe just because British have one of the oldest and most advanced systems of government Perhaps the reason of advancement is that the Queen and the people do not have much faith in abstracted theories, they are naturalists and realists for liberties . British Leadership believes in the trial and error method and open to debates and arguments when making a law in the form of convention that allows plenty of time for experiment if the experience suggests that a certain convention needs to be modified its easily changed and embodied in a statutes afterward.

British are very bright because they are willing to change with the time and much credit goes to the parliamentary process, the Queen, the Prime Minister, House of Common, House of Lords perhaps the public wishes is a democracy which takes a long time to produce fruit of knowledge.

Two major political parties have always been in the United Kingdom and the United States in one form or the other with different names. Before the war of Independence in America, there were the Loyalists and the Patriots. The Loyalists were loyal to the British crown, become property owners, and later worked for independence with the Patriots. After the independence of the United States of America, the old ideology disappeared and two new parties emerged. The Federalist and the anti-federalist. Those who supported a strong central government called themselves Federalist “ the Republican Party “ and those who supported the strong state government called themselves Anti-Federalist which are the Democratic Party .

Therefore, to-day November 11 2019 in the United States there are only two privileged parties. There are other small ideologies but unfortunately in the violations of either Federal or the State Elections Enforcement Commission. The people party of Connecticut is also in violation of unknown law, which control party member’s financial condition and movements. Therefore, my struggle will continue to enhance and upgrade system of justice and freedom.

The council is responsible to the legislature and it cannot resign when its policies and actions are rejected by the legislature therefore combination of responsibility and permanence makes the executive efficient and stable system of democracy.

Switzerland constitution support initiative, referendum, and I believe this makes the Switzerland standout for the people by the people for freedom. Initiative enables people to place on the statute the law book as they desire the law should. Perhaps referendum enables them to reject those laws, which are old, detrimental to their interests, referendum is a shield with which the people cut off undesirable legislation and initiative is a sword with which the people cut the way for the enactment of their own ideas into laws.

Since I lived in many countries to observed voting process and present conditions for human fealty. I believe future of humanity lays in the system that give power to truth and justice.        In advanced civilizations, knowledge and technology are the future to vote from their cell phone, computer, home television to control absentee ballot frauds. Every citizen should be part of every bill that goes through from municipality’s level to all the way to the House of Senate and the Parliament just by clicking on the yea or nay by referendum.

Someone may wonder why Switzerland constitution is better than many nations just because its power vested to people and two important elements are the referendum and the initiative are extremely intelligent elements for a republic and a democracy.

Switzerland constitution does not have any diplomatic bill of rights like one in British, American, Russian, japan and Pakistan. Perhaps constitution that doesn’t mean people are not free they enjoy more freedom because constitution guarantees of referendum and initiative the two edged sword that provides equality before the law , freedom of the press , freedom of association and freedom of the opinion it’s government by the people not government for the people.

The power of democracy is vested on the seven CEOs to control abuse of power is an excellent ideology and federal council is elected by the federal assembly for a term of four years. All members have to disclose business interests as well as all assists before and after from either chamber to control political corruption.

The present constitution of India was framed by the constitution assembly which was established in accordance with the Cabinet Mission Plan the idea same ideology what we have in America constituents assembly. Right to equality , right to freedom, right to freedom of religion, right to property, right against exploitation, cultural and educational rights, and right to constitutional remedies.

Well am an Uneducated American with a mission to make America the world’s best democracy to enhance justice, freedom and knowledge which is only possible with change. Human development is possible only by fair representation of minorities, individual right to vote, diversity of cultures, colors, religious and Justice.

Humanity is thus innately disposed to seek out a theoretical understanding and to discover the true state of matters and before he begins any practical work, for he undertakes no task unless the results thereof induce him to do so. Now, not every activity produces the results desired indeed, in order to do so, it must be accomplished in a particular fashion as he created us perfect to understand his journey vision . Therefore , the ability to envision results and knowledge of the methods involved in activities are among those things that depend on the capacity for rational inquiry. If this capacity is fully developed, then work turns out in the best, the benefit that results is greater, and the outcome is more complete understanding.

For this reason, all humans are bent on rounding out their theoretical knowledge, first and in particular so that through it they might be guided to the proper methods for the work they perform in order to lead a full life. They also do so in order to distinguish results according to their relative benefits, so that they might put each result opposite a particular task, arranged in a known manner, beginning with that which produces benefits most quickly, is accomplished most easily, and is set forth most reliably.

Human knowledge is in effect a collection of rules about useful benefits, by which people organize the methods of work, family, culture and habits that lead to those benefits, so that they will not stumble along their path and confuse the beneficial with the harmful, thus encountering hardship and suffering at the hands of misfortune like I did after the conspiracy of September 11th and the Patriot Act of 2001.

Otherwise, order among the second group will be disturbed, their path toward good sense will be obscured, and the road to understanding will be closed before them by observe discriminatory action because lack of basic understanding of nature. They will consider the correct to be invalid and the right to be wrong. They will pervert the application of these laws, change ‘them, and put others in their place, so that what is a cure for others will become a disease for them. This is because of short-sightedness and ignorance of what these laws were intended to accomplish with public education.

The shift of the government of people from an absolute monarchy to a restricted monarchy of Republicans and Democrats with little democracy for the people of colors by 2020 would be appreciated , then to a free republic , American freedom did not occur by the will of those in authority since 1776. Rather, the strongest contributing factors were the conditions of the people and cries for the liberty , the increase in their level of thought and knowledge by observing median and their new awareness of technology that ascended them to a state higher than their past one unfortunately republicans and Democrats are left behind according to the PBS public opinion by learning what their true obligations are for America.

America public is able to overcome all the forces that had stood between them and the attainment of their desires of future . Moreover, they only arrived at this noble goal after breaking through the obstacles of “ race” that stood before them from Mr. Obama and Mr. Trump otherwise they could not have reached their goal or desire state . Americans must diversified the two party system to a Advance level of democracy in which time limits from municipalities to the federal elections to end Roman Empires style politics. Families who are part of local politics to control contracts and imaginary proud for years must realize that America is suffering from lacks of languages and diversity. America is not a family tree or a business of just few but a whole society by diversify political ideologies from Municipalities to State and federal Level. The system that has been in common sued discourages minorities and diversities to participate in local, state and federal level must change to improve human fealty. The circle of few minorities faces around Republicans and Democrats are because they do understand that without it they would not have jobs and opportunities and their desire of political activism would be in jeopardy . The color blindness from political freedom must end in order to make America great.

I was an athlete and a scout at a scout camp in the remote city of Pakistan. I found a rock which was fairly different from the other rocks around the area, later that night we set a fire to cook shish kebabs and potatoes for dinner. While cooking the food on the fire threw the rock into the fire, and the rock started to glow, showing an ember red color.

After a couple of hours the fire slowly faded away. In the morning when we got up for prayers I noticed that there were thousands of ants near the area where the rock was melted, the ants were eating the melted remains of the stone. I was surprised. Why the ants were eating the rock?

That day, I went home and prayed to God (Rab), and asked the heavenly light why the ants were eating that melted piece of rock. The answer was that there is a cluster of rich calcium that sends an electric signal to different parts of your body, from your heart to your brain and to the stomach, this current that keeps you alive, are from the dust particles of this rich calcium called “sinus nodes,” all animals as well as humans have these.

I praised the lord of Abraham for the knowledge.

Time never stops, and incident happened in a mountain in Afghanistan. I saw some people mining rocks and looking for uranium and other solid mineral deposits from the dough of God (Rab). During the evening I walked into the House of God (Rab) to pray, I saw a young kid sitting in the corner who’s leg was chained to a wall, I asked the kid why he was chained and he replied saying, “I am not a good student so my teacher chained me to pay attention and concentrate on the reading and the writing of the Quran.”

I walked into the classroom to see the teacher, I asked him why the young kid was chained up, the teacher replied that “he doesn’t pay attention on his education, I did this to scare him,.” I tried to explain to him that you can chain an animal somewhere, but Human Beings we are created in the image of the Lord.

The teacher asked me why I was there, I replied that a friend had died and I wanted you to pray for his soul or reincarnation for his soul. I gave the teacher Rs 200.00 for the food for all orphans kids who are staying in the missionary .

The head priest asked the name of the friend for prayers I told him Mohammed Adam , The High priest wrote Mohammed on the side of a papers.

I was busy making coffee, sandwiches and watching news mornings were busy but the rest of the day was very slow anger, grief and rage my conscious of nature was taken hostage by the news of emotional manipulation. Lucky’s little store became veterans affairs office to discuss history, the Vietnam War and the War on terrorism .

Business was slow, I started working for a pharmacy to make a living. Things were changing, bought Pine Lake Condominium Association from Mike who owned Christmas Tree shops and started a small cosmetics company Bristol Fashions LLC . A surprise call came to come down and sign the Patriot Act, I didn’t know until I started reading about it, creating fear and paranoia that destroyed the American dream.

However a fear was building of the Iraq war, most Americans were so poorly educated about the history, geography, religious and political matters. A melting pot was created of the US foreign policy.

In 2000, President Clinton signed the treaty to create the International Criminal Court and within a year the new administration refused the treaty. The nuclear test ban treaty with 150 countries was refused. Confused policy makers in the White House were driving Abraham Lincoln’s soul insane along with his goat that lived in the White House.

If George Washington was alive he would have committed suicide watching the political baggage of Mr. Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld alongside sixty three retired military officers in powerful senior government positions.

A seven star veteran General was very concerned with the direction of our Constitutional Republic and once said that knowledge has been the providence of all great civilizations. Even Marcus Aurelius, the Roman General, did not care about his throne, Nothing was more important for him than the love of truth that showed on the faces of many Generals, especially on the face of the Secretary of State Mr. Colin Powell who was regularly bypassed in the major decision making process . In 2001 our defense budget was $293 billion and now in 2019 it is $686.1 billion but the future policies.

We are the most powerful nation on the earth Perhaps there is no easy solution in today’s embattled world climate only knowledge, love and long lasting peace can guarantee better future of humanity.

Since the conditions of nations depend on their collective stores of information and knowledge, and the two are related in terms of cause and effect, each democracy adopts rules for its activities and chooses laws for its circumstances in accordance with its power of theoretical investigation and its level of thought. In our American constitution it was mention that after 1776 laws must be updated within 100 years from the 13th amendment of the constitution. It was legislatures responsibility to diversify political powers from Dualism. For example the five members of the State Election Commission should not be politically appointed and shall be Seven members. The term of commission of 4 years would help full term. The Executive management is responsible of hiring staff that must be Private Citizens who are not part of any Union. Under the Sec 9-7c (b) legislatures duties are to make sure (SEEC) staff is not affiliated to any particular major party for the conflict of interest. The Legislators shall not have authority to increase or decrease its budget in favor of Dualism in order to protect commission from finical hardship and worries.

It’s private Citizen civic duty to provides a chance to ascend to a higher level of rational examination and a more elevated plane of thought to uplift democracy. The people party of Connecticut members and myself argues many issues in local libraries for better change.
Constitution State is an example for many democracies by providing future direction of democracy. Recently in 2011 Governor created a new umbrella agency The office of Government Accountability (OGA) which is in-charge of nine oversight agencies. The three are the most important ones are The freedom of information Commission, The ethics and of course SEEC. Perhaps a positive step to clean elections and activities to diversify ideologies. This OGA office must be free from all influence except honesty.

Perhaps laws are the basis of activities organized properly to produce manifest benefit, the results of theoretical inquiry, and the outcome of intellectual investigation, the laws of each sovereign State correspond to its level in understanding of knowledge and creator laws vary in accordance with State ‘varying levels of knowledge, or the lack thereof.

The First Creator, God the Sublime, entrusted humanity with two powers, one practical and one theoretical, so that through them we might attain the perfection intended for humanity. Supreme Being also bound one of them to the other as human being by making the perfection of the first dependent on the perfection of the second. Humanity is thus innately disposed to seek out a theoretical understanding and to discover the true state of matters and before he begins any practical work, for he undertakes no task unless the results thereof induce him to do so. Now, not every activity produces the results desired indeed, in order to do so, it must be accomplished in a particular fashion. Certainly, the ability to envision results and knowledge of the methods involved in activities are among those things that depend on the capacity for rational inquiry. If this capacity is fully developed, then work turns out in the best fashion, the benefit that results is greater, and the outcome is more complete.

For this reason, all humans are bent on rounding out their theoretical knowledge, first and in particular so that through it they might be guided to the proper methods for the work they perform in order to lead a full life. They also do so in order to distinguish results according to their relative benefits, so that they might put each result opposite a particular task, arranged in a known manner, beginning with that which produces benefits most quickly, is accomplished most easily, and is set forth most reliably.

Human knowledge is in effect a collection of rules about useful benefits, by which people organize the methods of work, family, culture and habits that lead to those benefits, so that they will not stumble along their path and confuse the beneficial with the harmful, thus encountering hardship and suffering at the hands of misfortune.

It is not permissible, to apply the law of one group of people to another group who differ in level of understanding, because the law will not suit their state of thinking and will not Latch their customs and traditional habits. They will consider the correct to be invalid and the right to be wrong. If the institution of laws within a nation is motivated by its need for them, it will not contravene them simply because of circumstances. However, people who were not induced by need to institute such laws do not consider them among life’s fundamental necessities. They are not to be blamed for discarding such laws, and demanding that they abide by such laws would impose an impossibly difficult obligation. It is more appropriate for them to learn first what the need is, so that they might be equal with others in their level of knowledge and united with them in the consequences of confusion.

It has been the custom of legislators in every age from time of Noah until today 2015, in instituting laws, to take into account the level of intelligence of those for whom laws are to be instituted, so that the people will not find them unclear, incomprehensible, or devoid of discernible purpose. A little reprimand suffices and the threat of a light punishment restrains many a group of people whose temperaments are readily compliant, whose spirits are noble, and whose senses are quick to be affected. Such people should have prescribed for them laws that suit their conditions. They should not be burdened with severe laws; for they will be harmed by these laws at the time ofLegislators have also customarily paid full attention to customs and traditional habits of people. In establishing laws, they do not deviate from the harshness or leniency that customs and traditional habits Nimrod, Pharaoh and Yezidis of Stone Age had, like recently someone who takes more than the proper dose of medicine as Mr. Bush and Mr. Barak Hussain Obama did.

For example, suppose that one of these people we have described did something that required punishment. This would only lead, in the long run, to the fires of rebellion being lit and the heat of hatred flaming up among innocent victims of The Patriot Act. Either they would be destined to commit bad acts or else their spirits would be extinguished, their temperaments humiliated, and their pride utterly crushed. A miserable end indeed but thank God I didn’t do any of these. Perhaps tried to change constitutional politics with minor political party The People Party until I was forced to closed business and file for Bankruptcy.

Such people are only deterred from perpetrating offenses or restrained from the pursuit of immoral aims by harsh laws based on severe punishments. As an example of what I have just stated, I may cite the former state of our own. Some time ago, Native Americans inhabitants were barbarians who did not know what was good for them, for ignorance had a tight bold on them in that era. They did not pay attention to agriculture, despite the availability of the necessary means for it and the suitability of the soil. Native Americans did not know the value of the land they owned. They continually wished that their properties would be transferred to someone else, so that they would not be burdened with paying the taxes that the government had imposed on them. They avoided tarrying in town long enough for the hands of the governors to grab them. Native Indians left and settled in other villages, fearing that they could not survive through farming and seeking better ways to accumulate wealth and fortune. The government was thus compelled to force villagers to take possession of the land and farm it, instituting harsh laws for violators, including provisions for severe punishment and slavery. When the time came for the government to demand the taxes, the prisons filled up with those left behind by the others who had fled their villages and the madcap for whips became brisk. .

It appeared that everyone had fled, been imprisoned, or ached from beatings. The country regularly withered and flourished at particular times of the year without variation. It continued in this sorry state for a long time, until the Abraham’s spirit amended the 13th amendment that became attached to work, and agriculture was made easy for them. Americans entered a new stage of development as a result of measures which made the methods of farming easier and got the populace to remain in their villages with families. They grew tired of abuse, and their spirits longed for a just law by which the matter of their tax payments would be put in order. With this new amendments entered a new era, and the sound of the whip was removed from among its people of color.

The punishment for falling behind in the payment of taxes was changed so as not to debase an honor, and public welfare was regulated with Kennedy with just two years in office according to laws that do not go against the inclinations of the power, in a fashion different from that followed in earlier laws. This was a consequence of the difference between the two conditions and the change in the two inclinations, fonder and latter. We urge this while recognizing the fact that those who exercise control over the law do not have the status of legislators able to derive the rulings which apply to the actual situations at hand from general rules or from texts which support interpretations contrary to their evident meaning.

Moreover, those of us who have legitimate claims are not ‘beyond entertaining invalid suspicions and conjectures. We might suspect someone who is innocent of error or treachery, while the actual articles of the law do not provide a clear ruling and their texts are not transparent. This leads to repeated appeals for judicial inquiry of Justice System. The matter takes a long time, the welfare of the people is obstructed, expenses increase, resentments grow strong, and the gates of corruption are flung wide open with in Christians of America, given an abundance of legal cases and disputes, as is the case in our land at present. It is therefore necessary that the articles of the law be written explicitly, indicate rulings in a straight forward manner, apply to all possible cases, be set forth in logical categories, and use simple linguistic constructions of freedom.

The laws that have been in common use in our land up to now in addition to being insufficient, too general, and written in an unclear style-are not precise and well organized, nor are they known by the people. Certain laws are known as “The Imperial Law,” some laws are named “Regulations,” some are called “Directives of the Justice department,” some are called “Decisions of the Special Council,” others “Proclamations of Legal Rulings,” some ‘The Royal Decree sued on such and such a date,” and so on ad infinitum. How could this scattered mess reasonably serve as a law by which the people should abide? Even if they Senate and congress informed the public of the law, it would remain inconceivable to them, because it is foreign to their conditions and beyond their capacity to understand The Patriot Act which only violates Minorities of Islamic religions.

It is necessary to reform this obvious flaw in our legal system, which has deprived people of their rights and jeopardized security. It behooves us to do this quickly and avoid wasting time in pointless discussions. The laws must fulfill all of the necessary restrictions and conditions, and should refer us back to the “Proclamations” or to the “Regulations.” This should facilitate the determination of legal rulings and make the law form with the exigencies of the present situation of The Patriot Act. The laws should suit the conditions of the time and their level of comprehension, enabling them to understand the laws and abide by their requirements, each one according to his own situation. Otherwise, they will be nothing but ink on paper with distraction of America and common sense.

Scholars and political leaders of both ancient and modem times have long recognized that legislators and institutors of laws must always take into account customs and traditional habits in order to establish laws in a just and beneficial manner. Indeed, the conditions of nations are themselves the true legislator, the wise, regulating guide. The governing power is actually dependent on the capacities of its subjects; the Citizen does not take a single step unless induced to do so . True, we do not deny that the preparation of means and measures depends on the governing power and its knowledge of languages. The government imposes these things on its subjects to control freedom, wise would translate The Book of Rabi to understand but these impositions must be in accordance with the capacity of those ruled. Changes in the form of government and the replacement of its laws depend on the citizenry’s legitimate claims as mine against The Patriot Act and these are tantamount to the condition of the dualism.

The shift of the government of people, for example, from an absolute monarchy to a restricted monarchy of FBI with little democracy for the people of color, then to a free republic, did not occur by the will of those in authority alone. Rather, the strongest contributing factors were the conditions of the people, the increase in their level of thought, and their new awareness of the need to ascend to a state higher than their present one. By learning what their true obligations were, they were able to overcome all the outside forces that had stood between them and the attainment of their desires. Moreover, they only arrived at this noble goal after breaking through the obstacles that stood before them otherwise they could not have reached their goal or attained their desire of freedom that represent Human Fealty of 21st century. American Dualism needs to diversified from the two party system to Democracy which is not a business of just few but whole society by observing new minor political ideologies from Municipalities to State Level. The system that has been in common sued to discourage minorities and diversities to participate in local, state and federal level must change to improve democracy for human fealty.

Since the identification of the proper means and measures presents a difficult puzzle for human intelligence and discernment, it is extremely difficult to learn and acquire them in their essential forms. Some people including me always experience questions from ICE officers at the John F Kennedy or in the Middle Eastern immigration transit when returning from overseas visit why, where ,when and who to make you feel that you are seventh class Citizen of America. This thought often occurs to me that a certain color of people think themselves that they are a higher level of human beings in 21st century. In 2008 the higher level of human beings had imagined by putting Mr. Brake Hussain Obama in the White House to improve relation with minorities, so they end up regressing to a less desirable state just because a person doesn’t fulfill gape of laws with his pigment a law must passed throw the house and the senate like civil right act of 1965 which is due to be updated. While they set out to make legislation and participation in the establishment of laws which free and open to all but Mehdi, they are not safe from the machinations of special interests, nor do they possess the means necessary to prepare them for such an under taking. The disease of discord spreads rapidly through their collective body unless some chapters of the civil rights laws are rewriting and invalidate The Patriot Act.

A kiss of Nature

The Ants

Am unable to explain in the language of English my thoughts and experiences of the many creatures that i have observed over the years as well as the many trees which produce fruits and medicines. Every single gift of the Invisible Supreme Power appears with a miracle from water to milk and nectar to honey. The most amazing and fascinating creations are in billions, but the honey bee and ants takes my thoughts deep into its process and purity of truth. While growing up in a place were people depend on nature for harvesting to the livestock I learned many things, Once July 11th 1977,

the day was very hot and humid, my friend Saeed and I skipped school after assembly to go and find fresh honey from bee hives. Saeed’s family depended on live-stock from cows to chickens they had all on the farm were they lived. We decided to take a few Pets and a dog Tommy for herding, we kept eyes on the pets to take them to the river which turned into a small lake now after 35 years .My favourite ride was the bull ride by holding the bulls horns and job was to keep eyes on the pets and to twist their tail whenever they slowed down. Saeed had no interest in pets nor nature, horse riding was his Favourite as well mine. His father was a farmer and my an artist and calligrapher.

After few hours we ended up on the main lake, lot bigger then across from his home which was part of same river and we went to find the bee hives, within an hour later we were able to find an bee hive underneath a mango tree in a mango garden, I never had a problem with the honeybees to take the honey, but that day the bees were angry and wouldn’t let me or my friend get close to the hive to get honey. So we decided to borrow a match to make smoke to get the bees away from the hive. we were able to find a match from a guy at the lake and created smoke, most of the bees took off and left.

Many of the bees were still in the hollow of the tree but they were dizzy due to smoke and therefore harmless. I took fresh honey from the bee hive with my finger and put it in both of my eyes which made my eyes irritated but after a few second my eyes felt very fresh due to the synthesis of proteins of amino acids which rejuvenates the small blood vessels that affects the muscles that move the eyes.

Perhaps we took all the honey from the hive and put it in a small jar. Some how from the tree, 10 for 15 bees stung My friend Saeed on his forehead which made him dizzy, he sat down on the ground and started crying which made me worried. A couple bees stung the dog Tommy too. I took the flowers left from a mango tree to become fruit and rubbed it on my hand for less then 10 minutes that created a smell in my hands and greenish and yellowish secretion that I put it on on Saeed’s forehead, the pain disappeared. The best pain killer medicine for quick result. Saeed was feeling better so we decided to go back to the lake to check on the pets.

Time went by quick in July 1991 I happened to be in New York college with one of my friend who happened to get stung by a honey bee and had a allergic reaction so we called 911 for an ambulance which took him to the hospital. That evening I finished my job and went to see him at the hospital. The hospital bill was high for the treatment . Sometimes We joked with him about the honey bee to scared him. I was stung by bees many times while learning about their habits. We had many names for the honey bee and ants such as daughter of time or mother of believers.
Now while studding the ant-rich areas in Pakistan from Mohenjo-daro to Multan and find many fascinating creatures, But Karachi lines area ants are special because of the pigment , straighten and ambitions , they never give up struggle , While studying and making a video of ants behaviour for hours, I notice most of the ant colonies are dominated by a single, large queen who produces the eggs that give rise to it Genetic order to all of the colony’s individuals, which can number in millions . When she dies the queen , colonies quickly disappear in some genetic especially fire ants and brownish and white ants , raising the question of what happens to the many individuals who find another colonies within same protein numbers of genes sometimes they are welcome but many times become food of new adopted colony. It’s all about protein oder that drives and program their life. Some queen-less colony survives and dark colored winged males takes off from colony to fine unmated queens to form a new housing. The winged males kisses the unmated queen to pick one who aspire the with oder.

The evolutionary drivers behind the ants colonies are habits and behavior that is connected to the secrets of protein structure from humans to ants. This colony on the video is queen-less but colony’s workers are having amazing strengths, am putting a small pice of meat nearby the colony within few minutes hundred of worker are trying to pick the small pice of food to move up on a wall to take it home. amazing coordination by kiss of massage is passed back and fourth from colony to the point of operation . The food moving operation is very difficult for workers because they have to climb up, each time the pice of food fells down and kills few workers . Am monitoring the struggle for about 3 hours in which they drop the pice of food about ninety times.
The worker ants kept breaking it into small pieces and finally achieved the struggle by breaking it into pieces . The colonies are driven by diversity gained region by region, food intake and color because of distant relationships of nature.

The reason I always talk about honey bees and ants is because they take the central course of nature and gathers their food from clean and beautiful places. The digestive process is amazing and then transform into drink of knowledge ( Jam-e-al-Alome) to me a pure philosophy that is produced by pure and natural theology to improve vision as well as knowledge. Nature produces the best Scripture in our ” Falsafa” the Hellenistic philosophy that God command and compassion with his creatures in establishing axioms. The best scripture in the means of Pen giving to us in many languages Such as Quranic in the essence source and focal point of an ongoing and evolving system to conceptualization of human faith. Nature always challenge theory of knowledge by redefining the limits and validity of time.

The Campaing Laws and Systematic Discrimination

Connecticut Campaign Finance laws and Discrimination

It has been 13 years since the people party of Connecticut has been in a struggle to uplift the constitutional politics for higher law making to upgrade Charters and rules town by town. Many rules and charters are extremely different from state rules by interpreting and most important is who is behind the counter Republican or Democratically op pointed city or town manager.
Since 2003 when the people party members were forced to sign the Patriot Act, I have studied chapter 155 of General Statutes, Sections 9- 625 to learn the Enforcement Policies of Dualism of Jefferson democracy.

My personal experience with Connecticut campaign rule started when an African American gentleman dropped a one hundred dollar bill in the contribution jar of the People party with out providing his name and address for Election Enforcement Commission.
This begins the nightmare for a minor political party who ran the 2012 Election with total expense of $ 313.00 dollars. Politically appointed Connecticut Election Enforcement Commission wouldn’t digest the 100.00 dollar contribution from the Gentleman who contributed money by hoping the people party would be able to bring change based on our promised and motto Equal Representation of humanity without bias for moral values.

The people party contribution jar at the Lucky Mini Mart of Bristol never received more than a Quarter or Dime from the party members, the 100 dollars was a jackpot for the people party and millions of Questions from Connecticut Campaign Finance laws from Elections Commission . The ad was published in many newspapers for the Gentleman who had drop 100 dollars bill in the contribution jar to come in and provide Name and Address for Connecticut Campaign Rules and for Commission that cost me $295.00 dollars and no one showed up. Finally many calls from the IRS and many different departments were able to force us to close our office and file for business & personal Bankruptcy to satisfy both Republican and Democratic politically appointed commissioners , lawyers , mayors and so on .

That was an amazing journey and a hard landing, becoming a candidate in any election has become so complicated for minor and independent political parties. The SEEC and IRS fillings , requirements and discouragement from ongoing political powers from town and state offices is not an healthy outcome for American future. The people party members and myself would like to see some rule changes in order to bring political change for better democratic process , in my Supreme Court Case 11-768 of Washington DC and Supreme/Appellate Court of Hartford Connecticut case AC-34501 I argued that State Court and State Law allotment for minor political parties and independent political individual should file and report to the State Supreme Court of each state in the union in order to protect them from conflict of interest by political opponents.

The Public Act 08-02 enacted a prohibition on lobbyists and their families and friends from illegal favors, it’s extremely hard for a new ideology or political party to survive the republican and democratic run IRS, SEEC , FEC and our towns and cities.

The rules of General Prohibitions and Penalties are in need of an honest change to encourage new ideologies and political platform for better democracy while special protection should be provided by IRS and SEEC offices for minor political parties and individuals who are forced to file for Bankruptcies just because of Elections .

Minor parties need to be given more advantages than the centuries old republican and democratic parties since they have not had the time or money to establish themselves. If we keep watering and nourishing the old parties and their old ways,there will be no room left for our nation to advance with the times. Minor, new parties bring newer ideologies that fall in line with the changing ways of society.

HIGHER LAW MAKING

Since the year one thousand eight hundred and eight, Our Constitution needs an honest change from Dualism to Human Fealty where Gender, Race, Sex and religions should be free from Supreme Court Decisions for higher law making reasons. The constitutional politics have become puppets of dualism where Republicans and Democrats politically appointed judges are busy making common laws while higher lawmaking is become very rare in America to uplift humanity . In order to lead the world towards the right direction for a better future, our law making process needs an honest change.We the people party members and myself sincerely believe that all Americans are mature enough to understand what constitutes as marriage, a natural law. Freedom is the birth right

Higher law making

of all living beings. once a human child reach certain age he/she can make the decision of what life he/ she chooses to live. In the book of Rabi I have written seven stories of theological natural laws based on freedom. The divine affirmations of human faith and the people party of Connecticut platform explains in these basic steps which are translated from the language of Rabi.

1. We believe all people are entitled to freedom, peace and justice. We will do all that we can to see these rights are promoted and protected in the current century.

2. We believe any kind of negative discrimination such as racism, sexism and religious persecution are crimes against humanity. We cannot endorse sole progression of man from animal as it rejects spiritual evolution. We will respect all human kind.

3. We believe in freedom of the press and object to media censorship. We believe we have the responsibility to stay informed and the right to have resources for this available without restrictions.

4. We reject war, terrorism and arms build ups as they are plagues on mankind and the environment.

5. We support and encourage efforts to preserve and protect the environment. Air and water pollution, unbridled harvesting of fossil fuels and loss of habitat need to be stopped. We are committed to do our part by recycling and curbing wasteful habits. We recognize our responsibility to future generations in this regard.

6. We believe we must provide education worldwide in health and family planning. We must foster respect for life and accept responsibility for the offspring we create. Programs facilitating border less adoptions need to be encouraged.

7. We believe everyone is entitled to a good quality of life including clean water and air, energy availability for home and commerce and a healthy diet. Every nation and its leaders must be accountable that these needs are met.

8. We will respect all life including animal rights and insist on their protection and humane treatment in food preparation entertainment and sports.

9. We are honest in all our dealings and we respect the dignity of others. We will instill these beliefs in our children in order to promote happiness and peace.

10. We believe that the Government works best at the local level. The closer the control of the government is to its people, the more interest and control citizens hold in political matters.
11. We believe that America is a nation of a unique founding and historical experiences. Therefore, we do not believe that American institutions and our way of life should be imposed upon nations of different origins.

12. We believe that the local and or federal Government not “follows through” with anything not spelled out clearly in the Constitution.

American higher law making process has become the Black swan of Democracy in which materialist pleasure is driving the constitutional republic of America.

American Experience ?

American Experience ?

Mr. Franklin G. Policy , You represent pine lake manor and we reside at the association. The head of the association which moved in 4/5 months ago has been harassing us continuously with the treasurer, Donna. They yell at pizza delivery guys who come to deliver pizzas along with various family members who come to visit us even yelling at other people who come to visit for different reasons.  We are up to date with our condo fee so there is no reason for them to be bashing us. I also had tenants move into one of my units and tell us that without the approval I can’t do anything concerning MY unit. I pay the mortgage and suddenly the unit is theirs? I’ve had many tenants come and go for the last 15 years and this was never a problem. This is the month of Ramadan and since I am obliged to fast and fulfill other religious duties, I can’t deal with them at the same time. my patience for them has run very low. God knows what is their problem my Yamaka or political articles I would request From All Americans to stop bad behavior many people have different medical condition as well as religious obligation … Please change to make America better place.

Fair Competition

Since 1776 it seems Republicans and Democrats are living in a fantasy Political system, they pre arrange elections without respecting the Constitution and federal , state and city charters. In 21st Century every one is equal and there is no such thing as competition of ideologies as long as two parities rule continues . It is true doesn’t it since the founding fathers of American democracy. Well now it doesn’t work.
In order to advances the human civilizations fair competition helps grow people knowledge and laws enormously in a true democratic system.
If there was no competition we Americans would have been living in Stone Age and would never landed on the moon. The competition becomes the national pride for people in order to grow but it must be fair and clean .
2012 Election the people party of Connecticut received 841 votes as an independent voter registrar and came on third position according to federal rules and hundreds of democratic city around the world whom populations in more then sixty thousand people.
As an Upright Americans we owe much of our advancement to mini competition and revolutions every now and then between ideologies, companies, nations , technology as well as system of democracy and Human fealty.
This is competition of ideas and technology that brought us to a new high and President Obama in the White House.
Our political structure and system needs an honest competition with trust and we the members of The People Party and myself challenges The Republicans and Democratic leadership to give us opportunity to challenge there ideological principle by respecting 2012 Election outcome in which People Party won a seat in the voter registrar office to organize for next Competition.
