Life is a river flowing from an well known source, and that we are all part of this great design that there is always more to the world than meets the eyes.
We are indeed stuck in a bubble of energy matter, space and time to reach light. But Unfortunately we have create one bubble around us to lock ourselves in the bubble of egos, jealousy, greed and hatred Perhaps we have the potential to break free but unsuccessful since 1947.
We believe that the great light that we speak of is the divine spark that exists within all of our brains , has potential for love, compassion, creativity and generosity If we can tap into this divine invisible spark of humanity.
We can create a world that is more just, peaceful, and friendly by understanding the story of the Prophet Abraham when he demolished all the idols except one to tech us a lesson that the one idol is our ego, jealousy , hatred and greed that must be smashed in order to achieve peace . For more then 70 years, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict has affected the Middle East roadmap to travel to Al-Aqsa Mosque of Jerusalem, Hebron, Safed, Tiberius and Haifa for the pilgrimage to the sites associated with the Prophet Abraham, Sarah, Musa and David pbut.
The Israel-Palestine issue is a complex one, but it is clear that both sides have suffered enough . A new approach that puts human rights / freedom and peace first could help to break the deadlock and create a more just and sustainable solution for both to built road structure for the people around the world to drive through all Middle East .
1. We believe all people are entitled to freedom, peace and justice. We will do all that we can to see these rights are promoted and protected in the current century.
2. We believe any kind of negative discrimination such as racism, sexism and religious persecution are crimes against humanity. We cannot endorse sole progression of man from animal as it rejects spiritual evolution. We will respect all human kind.
3. We believe in freedom of the press and object to media censorship. We believe we have the responsibility to stay informed and the right to have resources for this available without restrictions.
4. We reject war, terrorism and arms build ups as they are plagues on mankind and the environment.
5. We support and encourage efforts to preserve and protect the environment. Air and water pollution, unbridled harvesting of fossil fuels and loss of habitat need to be stopped. We are committed to do our part by recycling and curbing wasteful habits. We recognize our responsibility to future generations in this regard.
6. We believe we must provide education worldwide in health and family planning. We must foster respect for life and accept responsibility for the offspring we create. Programs facilitating border less adoptions need to be encouraged.
7. We believe everyone is entitled to a good quality of life including clean water and air, energy availability for home and commerce and a healthy diet. Every nation and its leaders must be accountable that these needs are met.
8. We will respect all life including animal rights and insist on their protection and humane treatment in food preparation entertainment and sports.
9. We are honest in all our dealings and we respect the dignity of others. We will instill these beliefs in our children in order to promote happiness and peace.

Systemic racism is occur when racially unequal opportunities and outcomes are inbuilt or intrinsic to the operation of a society’s structure to control freedom of specific race such as creation of Islamophobia through media in the movies and documentaries.
Simply put, systemic racism refers to the processes and outcomes of racial inequality and inequity in life opportunities and treatment basis on racial, political and religious diversity .
Systemic racism permeates a society’s institutional structures practices, policies, climate, social structures (state/federal programs especially ins policies to control migration due to Islamophobia .
Systemic racism not only operates at multiple levels, it can emerge with or without animus or intention to harm and with or without awareness of its existence. Its power derives from its being integrated into a unified system of racial differentiation and discrimination that creates, governs, and adjudicates opportunities and outcomes across generations.
Thus The USA Patriot Act 2001 to control our freedom , businesses , political and religious activities as well as immigration discrimination due to Islamophobia.

Time and the language
The Language
Language is the most wonderful of all the discoveries ever happened to mankind and progress and future depends on information from different languages and ideas. Every new language and idea opens a new window in the mind that brings a new light of knowledge. “ The promise “ of God to mankind that appears every where in our thoughts, dreams, prayers, rituals, relationship and actions translated from a Language dissipates the cellular energy from both mankind and animals by singing and screaming . Humans transfer actions by writing and transferring knowledge from one person to another and one generation to next , But, sometimes “ The Language becomes the serious concern for the Prophets of time when knowledge is not translated and transferred properly due to religious, racial, regional and cultural conflicts.
According to the language of Rabi , a language is the gift for mankind that cannot be created by mutually agreed educated group of people only machine language. The complex phenomenon of language is connected to evolution that grows, expanded and dies, But animals inherit their system of communication and are mutated . Perhaps “ The Promises “ of God to the angles was that Adam is superior just because he knew the languages and names of all things created on the planet earth to teach, interact, cooperate and develop humanity . If societies are not developed according to the time human life will suffer from the confusion of languages such as environmental seriousness confusion , water crisis confusion , healthcare confusion and war confusion . I am writing this note in English language and send this message from here to the most powerful person on this planet the president of the United States . When the message reaches its destination and the receiver understands the message exactly as I wrote then communication is complete because of a language.
In order to keep The Promises alive America must be active and engaged in the world not as a crusaders perhaps as an educator . The Arc for a clear language to show vision of future, education, environment, healthcare, economy, stability and development by using the leadership position and economical advantages. Environmental early warning sings I am observing from South America, South Asia, Central Asia and Middle East. Lack of basic education and proper development of structure and system is a warning of famine like the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s a pandemic when young girls and boys are used for begging business ( a franchise of illegal businesses of child labor on the streets is the clear message to many federal government’s that they are incapable of governing . The nuclear-armed neighbors must find the middle ground now by understanding the specific conditions of old structures and ghettoes in which people live without education, well-being , health , food and water crisis.
In my language clarity and simplicity is democracy. Language of confusion creates fake democracy Perhaps breeds hostility among neighbors a systematic diplomacy of Army Generals to enjoy lifestyle like once General’s of the Roman Empire lived and crucifixion took place eventually all converted into monotheistic Christianity. We are sure 2nd coming would be thrown into prison or mental institution for teaching human Faith for humanity. Like the prison of the Patriot Act 2001 . Our lonely planet environmental issues and common problems can be solved with the monotheistic ideology of common sense not by many stratus of money and power. Knowledge arrives from heaven individually in different languages and cultures we must find it and appoint those who are gifted to enhance democracy the reason in God we Trust.

The Security Gate
Two angels were sent on the planet earth from the heavenly habitat to enhance the environmental , psychological and health crisis. Perhaps disappointment from moon landing was observed by the Lord of Ibrahim and he decided to send two angels, Hope and Trust, for the observation of the laws and condition of humanity .
The little girl “ Hope “ was born in India from Queens, New York . Hope’s eyes were the interpreter of her heavenly soul.
A young boy named “ Trust “ arrived in America with the belief in his heart that the truth holds the strength of angelic force . Afterward I moved to New York City .
The two strangers run into each other at the Grand Central Terminal back and forth from work and school. Trust finds a part time job on a newsstand at the port authority terminal on 42nd street. He loved reading books and newspapers whenever possible to understand the social, political and religious crisis of the 21st century.
While Hope couldn’t afford full time college anymore and started working in a restaurant to afford tuition and other expenses.
New York City wasn’t an easy place to make a living, safety and security were the major problems, finally Mayor David Dinkins took the oath of office and changed the bad image of New York. The elements of homelessness and crime were generating environmental and health problems.
At the newsstand Trust observed every headline from instability to economy. New York State has geographical advantages to prevail over the forces of problems . The artificial creation from colonial eras was rapidly changing in 1994 . The States that have not had viable natural locations and resources were finding difficulties and the States with open business opportunities and technology were setting the motions in the world largest stock market.
Open minded States were creating good dreams of economic, political, religious, social and humanitarian fronts and were involved on international level. The States who were stuck with traditional politicians and old ideologies were facing negative and the poor were getting poorer; the trend will continue due to the huge tax burden on businesses and homeowners. Perhaps States like Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine were overpopulated with elderly citizens unable to sustain youngsters and growth of small business and opportunities were limited for minorities .
At the newsstand “ Trust “ reads the national and the international newspapers to understand serious issues . a naturalist who loved traveling and reading books would understand what would be the major issues of the future. The most disturbing stories were emerging from the environmental evil that started from unplanned urbanization of agricultural land, rainforest, rivers, lakes and swamps from the State of Connecticut to all the way to Florida in the name of ( HOA ) homeowner Association system that created an illusion of safety and security for the gated communities within the Republic of America. A system that psychologically divides rich and poor based on affordability and sense of security with the premium prices of perception while living in a civilized city , state and the United States of America.
The rest of the developing countries were busy following American style growth and development while conomically unstable countries didn’t have a visible urgency in regards to health and global environmental seriousness. They rarely had structural, political, religious and social structures, the infrastructure which had devastating effects of unsafe demographic growth of societies .
Hope and Trust would discuss social matters and write letters to the editors whenever possible . One weekend both traveled together from Manhattan New York to West Hartford Connecticut toward nature to take a break from their busy lifestyle, they took a wrong turn and ended up in Farmington Connecticut . Tired of driving, I parked the car in a community parking lot and started walking in hope of finding a rest area. Walk through a meadow. The path they followed ran beside the road with a pretty sanest. Evening was drawing near and they found that the road had led them far out of the way, tired, getting dark thirsty and noticed a beautiful garden named “ The Garden of America “ water was running from a tab and didn’t see any security guard or the gate.
Little comfort from water and decided to sit down there very weary from the long walk both fell asleep on the grass.
Now where they lay on the grass the owner of the property was a Supreme Court Judge, Thus In the middle of night the Judge walked around Hope and Trust alongside his wife Liberty and few security officers. In a grim and surly voice he told them to wake up .
Asked,
Where are you from ?
What is the mission?
Told him visitors lost our way and your garden had drinking water afterward took a nap to rest and recover from driving and walking.
Judge said , since you have trespassed on my land, we must follow the security protocols that come along with us.
Trust and Hope were forced to go, The judge lacked them in a dark dungeon named The Patriot Act, evil smelling and depressing to their spirits but unable to do anything .
Here they lay for days without health food, drink and light . Therefore in a bad condition and far from friends and family without outside communication. Judge wife Liberty is an executive officer of the department of homeland security , judge told her that he had taken couple of prisoners and cast them into the Patriot Act. Judge asked her advise she replied am busy they must be the “ terrorist “ waterboarding would be good idea to find out why, who ,when and where they came from . In the next morning security guards beat them without any mercy and abusing them as they were real “ terrorist”.
In the morning Liberty asked about the couple husband replied that they are innocent visitors who happened to be thirsty and tired rested in the Garden of America. She didn’t believed and said they must be the “ terrorist” and asked security officer for more interrogation and investigation.
That evening the security guards beat them, they were scarcely able to move all week, they did nothing but cried for freedom.
Judge and his wife were left for a weekend party at the Mohegan Sun Casino . Judge and his wife Liberty lost lots of money in gambling returned unhappy inquiries about the Prisoners, nothing to be discovered.
Next morning Trust went to the door and asked security to allow him to make a phone call therefore the request was forwarded to the Judge and dismissed.
Judge and his wife Liberty arrived accusing them for the bad luck they had brought to the garden of America and because of it they lost in gambling, seeing them to be very sore from the blows and waterboarding interrogation. Judge’s wife Liberty told them that since they could never likely escape from the dungeon of the Patriot Act, the best option for them to do was to make an end of themselves by deprivation of sleep, rope or by killing themselves or each other . Soon you both would have PTSD, ADHD and other medical problems.
Trust politely asked the Judge and his wife Liberty to let them go and apologize for being at the wrong place and wrong time , after the tragedy of 911. They looked at him angrily and ordered the security to keep eyes on them .
Trust and Hope then begin to discuss whether it is best to take the advice of Liberty or not .
Days turn into months Trust asked Hope,
What should we do ?
The life we are living in the Dungeon of the Patriot Act is so miserable and Judge and his wife Liberty are the government employees who must show that the most dangerous criminals are in the dungeon of the Patriot Act to be promoted and awarded.
I prefer to die the grave would be easier to bear then this psychological torture. Hope confusingly replies, it is indeed true that our present condition is dreadful, I should rather die than live here in this lawlessness of the richest of America . While they are in the dungeon of the Patriot Act they talk about the short journey of life from childhood to the dungeon. Hope asked Trust that If he remembered correctly that our Lord has said ,
Thou shalt not murder.
Then how can we accept the advice of the Judge and Liberty to kill ourselves. Have you forgotten the gate of heaven and hell , we would not be the angels forever again if we committed the sin.
Perhaps it is true, Trust answered.
Moreover we must consider that there must be a reason. Our Lord who made the earth and brought us here from his heavenly habitat would allow us to understand.
We are the Trust and the Hope of the people let us not be our own murderers,
These words kept them alive in the darkness of the dungeon.
After a month the Judge visited the prisoners and surprisingly said you both are still alive , however Trust and Hope were very weak and confused because of lack of healthy food , water and the sunlight .
The judge was in rage because of no evidence of wrongdoing just trespassing wasn’t enough to complete the protocol to declare them “ the terrorist “. angrily said since you ignored my wife advice, it should be worse with them than if they had never been born , Hope begins to consider Liberty advice but this time Trust replied and said do not forget how courageous you have always been in the past remember the shadow of death touch you when you were left for adoption you there are hundreds of new born girls and boys are thrown in the pile of garbage very few lives . Is it possible that you , who have already faced so many hardships and dangers, are now overcome by fear ?
Trust continued, I am by nature a far weaker man then you. Hope , this Dungeon of the Patriot act has wounded me and my soul and has deprived my freedom , happiness , health and wealth, like you I mourn without the light. Let us both , therefore bear up with patience.
That night Liberty asked the Judge if the prisoners had taken her advice , he replied that they are not human beings like others we had over the years , they aren’t killing themselves nor getting psychological problems just weak because of unhealthy water and food.
She replied tomorrow take them into the cemetery and show them the graves and skulls of previous prisoners to make them believe that they were prisoners like them who trespassed the State law as you have done . Next morning security officers take them to the cemetery of American prisoners as Liberty had suggested. Afterwards
The security officers then began to beat them again till they were returned to the dungeon of the Patriot act where Hope and Trust lay all that day in pain.
Months turned into years and one day Judge said to his wife that he could not understand why , Trust and Hope are still alive .
Liberty answered that they still think that someone will come to change the laws of the garden of America and release them from the dungeon of the Patriot Act .
Hope and Trust continued to live in the dungeon of the Patriot act one night Lord appeared in the dungeon while they were deep in prayer and said that they both have passed the test of patients.
What a foolish justice system has become for the innocents and poor , abuse of power and freedom doesn’t last longer like the Egyptian Empire and the Romans Empire are the examples. Those who have been given power must enter to the gate of the death to answer .
Suddenly Trust realized that the Lord had given him a key called “ Promise “ in his bosom to open any security gate .
Hope and Trust opened the dungeon lock and went on the way to Manhattan but they will never forget the abuse of power and freedom in the name of safety and security.

On July 1 , 1776 yesterday Declaration of Independence was written by Thomas Jefferson in seventeen days for Congress.
The United Colonies are free and Independent States, they are Absolved from all allegiance to the British Crown, and all political connection between them and the state of Great Britain is and ought to be totally dissolved.
Congress approved the Executive order on July 4th which we continue to celebrate as Independence Day .
The British Crown wasn’t ready to concede its power by winter of 1776 the British had taken New York fighting continued .
February 6, 1778 France was the First Nation to recognize The United States of America a new country.
Today is July 2nd In the United States of America, the legislative branch is supposed to be free and responsible for creating legislation and the executive branch supposedly for signing the law. In the matter of Mehdi V. America the Landmark case against the

The Book of Rabi translation into English was deleted by viruses to control our freedom. Over the years many important Supreme Court cases have changed the lives of Americans to enhance freedom.
It’s a violation of our 1st Amendment right to control people’s computers to control publications.
We believe all people are entitled to freedom, peace and justice. We will do all that we can to see these rights are promoted and protected in the current century.
It’s the responsibility of Senators, Representatives and the White House management to protect Americans from these lawless government agents who don’t respect the Constitution and our 1st Amendment.
The people party of Connecticut mission was to rooting out political harvesting and corruption from City by City and town by town. Unfortunately Government power forced us out of our small businesses and home to live out of state as Political Refugee to make a living.
Our crime was to collect political contributions such as nickels and dimes in a pickle Jar at the Lucky’s Mini Marts . The Election Enforcement Commission is supposed to control contributions from corporations and mafia, not nickels and dimes from poor minorities. If the government’s purpose is to silence families to control religious and political freedom it’s a sign that democracy cannot function and “ Justice and Truth is being bought and sold .
In December of 1941 the Japanese Americans were removed from their homes in California and now the members of “ Human Faith “ from Connecticut.

OPEN LETTER TO THE SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN
TO THE Supreme Court OF PAKISTAN
ATTN: Chief Justice of Pakistan and senior Judges and Justices of the High Court
The current affairs of the Pakistani Government in regard to the regime change have been observed all over the world. As a Pakistani American citizen and political activist, we always respect our Constitution and follow the guidelines from the Supreme Court step by step, but at the same time, we Americans believe in “sumum bonum” (the foundation of morality) and follow the two rules of life: honesty and truth. By observing both political parties, one is with firm unity and the other is with allied powers to protect themselves and some criminal elements. This must be investigated first and then afterwards a regime change should take place. As pro se, I have fought many cases from the appellate division to the Supreme Court. The first thing we learn is how to define justice. Justice represents the morally correct state of things and matter. When the public is crying for cases for cases against criminals and the Supreme Court decides in favor of a regime change to remove previous charges against those who have violated public trust is unfair for democracy and sovereignty of Pakistan. I would request the Justices of the Supreme Court of Pakistan to put a temporary government which is not part of the current major political affiliations. The criminal record of all political officials should not be waived and these individuals should be held liable for their previous crimes. Take for example Jesus Christ, he chose to be crucified rather than bowing his head down to the Roman Empire for justice and humanity which we all cherish to this day.
We are concerned about the future of Pakistan. We should give a chance for the next generation to hold positions of power.

Twenty two years have passed since the US Congress authorized the Patriot Act, in 2003 after the Friday prayers in the Islamic Center of Hartford I drove home and the phone rang that changed my life. Caller confirmed my identity and said Mr. Mehdi you must go to the bank and sign the Patriot Act, the documents are faxed to the Hudson United Bank from Pennsylvania.
I didn’t know what she was talking about. I went to Lucky’s Mini Mart and got busy. Every Friday from 4:00 pm to 5.00 pm we had library meetings for political and religious freedom.
Many harassment calls came to stop my political and religious activities but I always ignored them. Gandhi Mart was a common name used by callers by assuming that I am an Indian. The message was clear that I must stop the Library’s discussion. The agent lady called again to remind me that the documents must be signed and the bank manager also called. I thought they must be important documents for Pine Lake Manor Condominium Association and Bristol Fashions LLC. I went to the bank and signed the documents about 26 pages.
Afterwards, nightmares began as I read more about the Patriot Act 2001. Fear and paranoia made me sick and created a devastating impact on my health. Lack of happiness and busines, the extreme emotional stress wouldn’t let me live a normal life . House arrest fear of the FBI, CIA drove me crazy. The most painful thoughts came from “ what I did wrong.” I googled my whole life to find nothing that will declare me a criminal. My crime was “ Islam “ and actively achieving American dream by having Library meetings for political and religious freedom at the wrong time.
The biggest challenge came in how to feed my family. According to the father I could not go on the welfare nor any assistance because of the Prophet Abrahimic bloodline .
My store closed, Bristol Fashions LLC closed but bills kept coming . Finally I sold 509 Pine Street home and saved 45000 dollars for the next three years to secure food for the children.
Today is March 4th 2022 and I am sitting in Central Park in Manhattan next to the Obelisk for my early morning prayers and thinking about the devastating impact of government policy that destroyed half of my life . The Patriot Act and its successor, the USA Freedom Act, are backronyms that are Orwellian in their spin.
The legislation produced a culture of fear for anyone and everyone who might be perceived to be holy, Middle Eastern, or South Asian. This fear was exacerbated during the four years with last White Hose Management at the helm when demagogues promoting racist rhetoric and hate were effectively hailed and perpetrators of white supremacist violence were too often not held accountable. While this is certainly not new within the long history of US colonial and racial violence and racially motivated scapegoating . The Japanese Americans went through the same crazy cycle which we are facing since the tragedy of 911.
After 9/11, communities targeted by the Patriot Act, especially the working-class, new immigrant or refugee members, faced a form of psychological and emotional incarceration that operates through the debilitating fear caused by the sense that at any moment they may be picked up, detained, deported or tortured in a place like Guantánamo Bay. Injury or death by hate crime was a serious concern in the State of Connecticut because some people overreacted and my house was turned into Guantánamo Bay in Bristol, Connecticut.
The Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA Patriot) Act of 2001 and the Uniting and Strengthening America by Fulfilling Rights and Ensuring Effective Discipline Over Monitoring (USA Freedom) Act of 2015 have, in fact, intimidated and oppressed Muslim Americans while justifying an escalation of state violence against people of color rather than “strengthening” the US or “fulfilling rights.” Even today, years later, the surveillance authorized by the US Congress enables profound intrusions into the lives of citizens and non-citizens.
Indeed, the legacies of U.S. settler-colonialism, racial capitalism, and expansion inspire ever-changing coalitions — like the solidarity Japanese Americans enacted with Arab and Muslim Americans after 9/11 and the Patriot Act.
For all the pain of the past 22 years, I hope that Connecticut political leadership will open an investigation to see how we survived. We are still facing many challenges for refinancing of homes, credit, loans and job opportunities and living as refugees, why injustice was done to us and many who cannot speak out due to fear. We cannot abolish policing without abolishing the war on terror that is destroying political and religious freedom

Human Faith
Human Faith religion starts from the premise of humanity which is more than a physical face and biological organism. It is the religious consciousness in which the matter of the human soul is in the prison camp of the human body. It is a wisdom that can only be obtained from the nature of God (Rab). It is a stage of awareness where purity of living in the physical senses without bias. Human faith is the last stage of human evolution. The fundamental links in our spiritual and material evolution that changed us from violent to sober human beings is the element of love .
We know this element of love was created before the universe for human evolution and it can not be separated from the soul .True love (Rabi) is part of the human soul in which strong devotion is created for another soul in an environment where matter meets for human evolution . This element is not part of sexual desire nor matter of modernizations symbols of “Holy Pleasure” neither romance. This power of love is to teach respect to humanity . It is the power that controls the universe. When a baby cries the power of love forces the mother to nurse the baby.
This is the same force when chicks open their eyes in the egg shell. The same element forces them to use the beak to break the shell and follow light . Human Faith is a public school for humanity .The leisure of learning truth, honesty and freedom. It is the eminent brain for better society and the library of knowledge. It is the sacred water of life that emerges with the seven colors of human diversity to dissolve racism. Human life is a spiritual force of affirmations in which the nine sisters are the museum of humanity.
Human Faith is the heavenly light of knowledge, restriction on sacred light is an eclipse on humanity and blasphemy.
