I hope the Supreme Court of the United States judges and justice system can understand the links in the chain of religious discrimination and the Patriot Act, which resulted from the past Republicans and this administration.
These democratic defendants and respondents Mr. Eric Holder Attorney General, Mrs. Hilary R. Clinton, Mr. Robert Mueller, Ms.Janet Napolitano, Mr. Richard Skinner, Mr. Alejandro Mayorkas, Ms. Margo Schlanger. Defendants are powerful government employees and supposed to improve human rights, justice and freedom not injustice.
Now imagine this group which represents the nation’s Justice, Image, safety, security, immigration, civil rights and Human Rights seizes the power by making The Solicitor General of The United States Mr. Donald B. Verrilli, JR. to file for the Waiver in the matter of Ajmal Mehdi V. Defendants Docket 11-768. Thus
Waiver from justice?
Government agencies such as these know the rule of law is written in all states and in the United States Constitution. The measure is designed to close loophole in state and federal rules.
A common Misconception among United State Citizens, lawmakers, consumers, attorneys and Oversee visitors is that the Government, State, State Employees, State Judges, Kings, Dictators and Religious leader are Immune from Justice by Waivers or Doctrine of Sovereign Immunity.
As we see in the Clerical sexual abuse problems is an individual problem not whole Christianity, church or all faiths. Thus money played vital (Doctrine of Sovereign Immunity) role in justice system by reducing punishment because of polytheistic society.
Doctrine of Sovereign Immunity or Waiver in Human Faith / Human Fealty does not bar any human being regardless his/her rank and power but “Efficient Cause” because lack of jurisdiction over Wisdom, Heavenly Light of knowledge as Human Faith/ Human Fealty is a Monotheistic Faith.
However Supreme Court of the United States nine judges know that the divine affirmations of Human Faith / Human Fealty are playing an important role by explaining and exploring Justice and freedom all over the world for moral values and family values since our forefather Abraham said that knowledge begins through true investigation of religious discrimination.
Response from The Solicitor General of the United States Mr. Donald B. Verrilli, JR. would save the minorities specially those who are like us but with (Human Faith) which is not written on the face.
Waiving the right would be strange for the majority to legislate laws particularly in the light of their own welfare to neglect the welfare of the minority and to fulfill their own desire in a manner unjust.
The painful and emotionally stressful condition for me is that the American democracy and freedom does not understand religious discrimination is here. People cannot be happy under a rule or system where spiritual and moral values are in danger. Knowledge is the only source toward establishing a basic philosophy of Human faith/ Human fealty.
Objection on the waiver would also save the minority’s religious belief and defend them against the chain of Religious discrimination and the Patriot Act by the powerful government employees or individuals’ defendants.
I do apologize to be very critical to express my views when suffering from psychological pressure by signing the Patriot Act just because of my name and origin.
I do appreciate our system of freedom which is protected by First Amendment to express my suffering.
However Supreme Court of the United States judges knew it is right of all humankind not to sacrifice any of their Freedom of right as long as it is not necessary for Plaintiff to choose between the patriot Act or freedom.
I am living continuously under threat that my (Family) being judged on every move we make someone is watching us and every breath we take someone listening us worry about slightest mistake. Fear is stealing away our happiness and family life in the chain of slavery.
The claims made in the letter on January 17, 2012 that government hereby waives its right to file a response for injustice to the Supreme Court of the United States judges. Thus

The Doctrine of Sovereign Immunity Does Not Bar a Suit for Mandamus Sovereign immunity is no defense to an action for mandamus. Sovereign immunity has never been considered a bar to mandamus actions seeking to compel public officials to perform the duties imposed upon them in their official capacities with proper knowledge. The rule that the government can waive its right from response in its own courts does not apply to an action of mandamus brought to compel a public officer to perform public duties see, Cox v. Aiken,
Supreme Court of the United States judges knows that they have special jurisdiction over defendants under violation of the Patriot Act.
Our First Amendment was based on keeping Church away from State and state away from civil right and religious discrimination. Act ( H. R . 2679 ) was approved on September 7, 2006 and Passed the House by 244 to 173 in my Constitution State and supported by many government employees who were politically appointed or union members.
Only few true Americans thought about First Amendment and religious discrimination including I Ajmal Mehdi by reading the H. R. 2679 and signing the patriot Act in my Constitution State of Connecticut. Request of response from the Solicitor General would help true American stop Religious discrimination and end the patriot Act and save our Freedom.
It is time for justice system to make defendants and respondents Mr. Eric Holder Attorney General, Mrs. Hilary R. Clinton, Mr. Robert Mueller, Ms.Janet Napolitano, Mr. Richard Skinner, Mr. Alejandro Mayorkas, Ms. Margo Schlanger and The Solicitor General of The United States Mr. Donald B. Verrilli, JR.to realize by Objecting the Waiver that we all have trust in GOD and have faith in humanity, freedom, peace and justice.
How could a human being aspire to freedom in any field when he is deprived of the freedom of his life and family just because of his faith?
However Supreme Court of the United States judges knows that our democracy overflows with freedom in which we educate our self not give up hope at the time when the Patriot Act is the “Imminent threat” to our freedom, Religion and Speech.
I hope the Supreme Court of the United States judge and justice system will help U.S Congress legislate new law to protect our First Amendment Right and remind The Solicitor General of The United States Mr. Donald B. Verrilli, JR. once again that the knowledge begins through true investigation of tragedy not by protecting each other and defendants.
The only power that can waives and has “Sovereign Immunity and Lack of jurisdiction is the “Efficient Cause” the initial petition that I wrote for a writ of certiorari No. 11-768 was that Government religious discrimination policy made me feel that I am living in a prison camp of the United states.

The Doctrine of Sovereign Immunity Does Bar “Efficient Cause” and exempt it from common approach due to lack of understanding (jurisdiction) of heavenly light (Knowledge) but “Elements (Human Beings)“ are not exempt.

Verrilli, JR. may not have jurisdiction over defendants due to conflict of interest or Lack of knowledge because both parties believe in waivers, but Supreme Court of the United States nine judges have jurisdiction based on 1st amendment, 13th amendment to the United States constitution.
I hope the Supreme Court of the United States judge and justice system should not wait for that day once again when Big Brothers, Buddies and powerful government officials, Army officers, some are elected and some aren’t and get way with crime based on Sovereign Immunity, Lack of jurisdiction and Waivers. Such As Hitler Vs. Humanity, Mussolini Vs. Humanity, Oil Vs. Humanity, Patriot Act vs. Humanity and religious Act vs. Humanity.
The chain of tragedy is that our justice system is stuck in the loops of limited knowledge based on Sovereign Immunity, Lack of jurisdiction and Waivers.
Human faith/ Human fealty weren’t part of American history until now when I am struggling various kind of dictatorship in which laws are monopolized for political and religious reason to protect discriminators.
However this court knows that the law of the land doesn’t states that the powerful government officials are the “Efficient Cause” of the United States of America.
The individuals who are acting behalf of United States are responsible to be just with proper knowledge of all religion even Human faith/ human Fealty.
Based on the Waiver in the matter of Ajmal Mehdi V. Defendants Docket 11-768.The outcome of dispute concerning who did what in the democracy in which the supreme power is held by the people and used by few individuals for their personal interest by arresting, harassing in the name of the patriot act.
The First Amendment the Bill of Right is the most magnificent piece of legislation in Human history is based on unlimited confidence in the individual to engage in political, economic and religious freedom.
I do appreciate Great American Philosophers whom uncover the secrets of diversity in this piece of legislation. The only problem is when someone uneducated like me who was born in Multan Pakistan tries to prove Human faith/ Human Fealty is religion of God (Rab) it is called “motion to dismiss” & “Lack of jurisdiction ” , “Doctrine of Sovereign Immunity “ & “ Waiver ”.
I must point out to the judge that I am not racial at all this is the reality of chain which started by singing The Patriot Act and reading the religious Act and now facing the Waiver which make me feel that I’m living in the prison camp of the United states of America.
Unconstitutional Acts were authorized in the country which contributed pain in my life The “Imminent threat” to our Constitution and freedom from illegal use of state power.
Human Rights are the inherent dignity and the foundation of fair trade, freedom, justice and peace only for privileged member of American Society. They have set a new standard of humanity in which no one has the right to fair trade, peace in life, liberty of color and security of harassment from the Justice system unless you sign the patriot Act.
Any person can be held in slavery or servitude and can be subject to torture, cruel and inhumane treatment without justice is not philosophically based on democracy or humanity.
Freedom was the birth right of all living things just before creation of an organization call department of homeland security.
Fair trade is the business in which a person travels regularly without thinking of culture, color, country and faith.
The new policy of fair trade is an organized system which promotes standards for atheist democrats and republicans who make the policies in areas related to the production of private and brand goods such as cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, sex toys, playboy, hustler and problems to keep innocent American citizen busy in vicious circle.
The system focuses in particular on exports good paying jobs from America to other countries and keeping cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, and sex services based economy which is against moral and family values and Human faith/Human Fealty.
Now imagine this group which represents the nation’s Justice, Image, safety, security, immigration, civil rights and Human Rights are in struggle to please and protect each other instead they should be struggling to find correct diagnosis of the illness which is truth, honesty, religious freedom and Fair mainstream media.
America should be run by educated knowledgeable people or an Independent Association based on human fealty ensures the free flow of any report in a true democratic Society for justice. Justice is the ideal, morally correct state of things and persons. It is the social, political movements of humanity for injustice.

Verrilli, JR. are not exempt from religious discrimination and the patriot Act.
1. Defendants are serving United Sate Citizen.
2. Defendants are living in the United State.
3. Defendants are not “Efficient Cause”.
4. Defendants have lack of knowledge of Human Faith/Human Fealty religion organization.
5. Defendants work in the United States.
6. Defendants have lack of interest in justice, religious freedom and disabling the patriot Act.
7. Defendants have violated the First Amendment of the United States Constitution: Freedom of religion for all people.
The doctrine of Human nature is very clear that exploiting religion in an ugly way no matter which religion is that is wrong and nonsense.
The American justice system is consider to be the world leader in the knowledge through investigation, studies and discoveries in all major fields except understanding Human Faith, which is a religion of God (Rab) of humanity (Rabi). The definition of humanity (Rabi) in our faith is the quality of being humane and respectful for life.
The Divine Affirmations of human faith are the Commandment of God (Rab) of Humanity (Rabi). The crime against the Divine Affirmations is blasphemy and great disrespect for our God (Rab) of humanity (Rabi). Human Faith is heavenly light of knowledge restriction on sacred light is eclipse on humanity and blasphemy.
Human faith is a religion of Abrahamic and Mehdi‘s monotheistic faith and knows that God (Rab) is the creator and overseer of the universe at all the time and all matters. Rabi has many meaning in our tongue such as tongue of Multan Pakistan. The waves of fresh air with small particles full of Wisdom and oxygen of (Rabi) are in the air it is just matter of time when they touch the brain to change the heart.
The justice system can understand these individuals not only violating our First Amendment Right in the shadow of the patriot Act by using state power, press and state resources they are also violating the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Divine Affirmations and our trust and 28 U.S.C.2403 (a)and 28 U.S.C.451 as defined by the United States constitution.
All of these comments regarding social Justice, religious discrimination and the patriot Act concluded that the condition is very emotional and stressful for many innocent American Citizens who not speck, read, write and understand English language. The act of congress is drawn into question for the patriot Act. The Solicitor General of the United States Mr. Donald B. Verrilli, JR failed to fulfill their constitutional obligation to provide its entire Citizenry including Mr. Ajmal Mehdi with substantially Equal Rights.
Conclusion
Based on the foregoing, plaintiff respectfully requests that the Supreme Court deny the Waiver and ask for response regarding Religious discrimination and the patriot act.

Isa Ibn Mariam was a Saint of the Earth with the miracle of the healing power from God. One day he was walking down a muddy road and a man started following him to know the secret. A poor kid wearing a white hat came to Isa and asked him to go help his father who is ill. They walked behind the kid and got to his home to cure his father. Isa touched his cane to the sick man and prayed for health and soon left the house.
At noon Isa sat down under a tree to eat and rest. Few other followers of the day were hungry also. Everyone took their pieces of bread out and put them down on a small cloth to eat together. The Wiseman who started following him to know the secret had three pieces of bread but took only one out to save other two because of greed.
Couple hours went by and a man came from different village to get help for his wife who had a fever. Isa went there and put his hand on her forehead prayed and left from house. The followers were waiting outside due to strict rule of privacy of family.
At night they rested in one of his follower home. During the night while everyone was sleeping the Wiseman took Isa’s cane because Moses carried the cane and thought that the healing power is in the piece of wood. He walked all night long to get to a village where a wealthy man was sick to cure him and get big reward from his sons.
Time went by quick the Wiseman told the guards at the gate that their master is sick he is here to cure him from sickness. They took him in to the palace. The pharaoh sons were amazed and happy that there father will be healthy again. The Master was very sick laying down on the bed taking his last breaths as soon as Wiseman touched him with the cane passed away.
The angry Sons hung him and threw his body outside. All villagers got together trying to identify his body. Isa Ibn Mariam was walking by and heard the news and went there with a couple of followers and put his right hand on the Dead man’s forehead and prayed to God of Abraham for his life.
The Wiseman got up confessed and apologized. Isa Ibn Mariam asked him how many pieces of bread he had yesterday at lunch time. Wiseman started crying and told him three and asked for forgiveness.
There is a “ Jesus Christ “ proverb to the effect that when religion becomes polytheistic and love and commitments are for the “ Money Gods “ but the monotheistic Lord of Abraham it’s a sign rich marrying to rich, creating doubly rich households and the poor are staying poor and alone like Jesus Christ.

I was an athlete and a scout at a scout camp in the remote city of Pakistan. I found a rock which was fairly different from the other rocks around the area, later that night we set a fire to cook shish kebabs and potatoes for dinner. While cooking the food on the fire threw the rock into the fire, and the rock started to glow, showing an ember red color.
After a couple of hours the fire slowly faded away. In the morning when we got up for prayers I noticed that there were thousands of ants near the area where the rock was melted, the ants were eating the melted remains of the stone. I was surprised. Why the ants were eating the rock?
That day, I went home and prayed to God (Rab), and asked the heavenly light why the ants were eating that melted piece of rock. The answer was that there is a cluster of rich calcium that sends an electric signal to different parts of your body, from your heart to your brain and to the stomach, this current that keeps you alive, are from the dust particles of this rich calcium called “sinus nodes,” all animals as well as humans have these.
I praised the lord of Abraham for the knowledge.
Time never stops, and incident happened in a mountain in Afghanistan. I saw some people mining rocks and looking for uranium and other solid mineral deposits from the dough of God (Rab). The head of the mining crew was Mr. John, an Atheist and a retired United States army officer, he was a very intelligent man but he had no interest in God (Rab), but had an interest in pieces of rocks and metals. I tried to talk to John, but John was driven by the influence of his rank, power, and anger didn’t like to talk to a kid wearing a white Yam-aka who was an olive skinned, youth soccer player.
I went back to the hotel, changed and got ready for a game but I couldn’t play soccer in the city because of a religious order that doesn’t allow men to wear shorts in the city, the issue got into an argument between people higher up in the hierarchy, and the game was canceled . During the evening I walked into the House of God (Rab) to pray, I saw a young kid sitting in the corner who’s leg was chained to a wall, I asked the kid why he was chained and he replied saying, “I am not a good student so my teacher chained me to pay attention and concentrate on the reading and the writing of the Quran.”
I walked into the classroom to see the teacher, I asked him why the young kid was chained up, the teacher replied that “he doesn’t pay attention on his education, I did this to scare him,.” I tried to explain to him that you can chain an animal somewhere, but Human Beings we are created in the image of the Lord.
The teacher asked me why I was there, I replied that a friend had died and I wanted you to pray for his soul or reincarnation for his soul. I gave the teacher Rs 200.00 for the food for all orphans kids who are staying in the missionary .
The head priest asked the name of the friend for prayers I told him Mohammed Adam , The High priest wrote Mohammed on the side of a papers.
Many years passed, running Corner Store and Adams Markets in Bristol Connecticut observing world affairs unfolded because of September 11, 2001 . Many Veterans friends had knowledge of cultures , history, religion and political matters perhaps few were still stuck on 2000 elections when Mr. Bush defeated Democratic incumbent Vice President Al Gore climate change ideology after a narrow and contested win that involved a stopped recount in Florida.
I was busy making coffee, sandwiches and watching news mornings were busy but the rest of the day was very slow anger, grief and rage my conscious of nature was taken hostage by the news of emotional manipulation. Lucky’s little store became veterans affairs office to discuss history, the Vietnam War and the War on terrorism .
Business was slow, I started working for a pharmacy to make a living. Things were changing, bought Pine Lake Condominium Association from Mike who owned Christmas Tree shops and started a small cosmetics company Bristol Fashions LLC . A surprise call came to come down and sign the Patriot Act, I didn’t know until I started reading about it, creating fear and paranoia that destroyed the American dream.
However a fear was building of the Iraq war, most Americans were so poorly educated about the history, geography, religious and political matters. A melting pot was created of the US foreign policy.
In 2000, President Clinton signed the treaty to create the International Criminal Court and within a year the new administration refused the treaty. The nuclear test ban treaty with 150 countries was refused. Confused policy makers in the White House were driving Abraham Lincoln’s soul insane along with his goat that lived in the White House.
If George Washington was alive he would have committed suicide watching the political baggage of Mr. Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld alongside sixty three retired military officers in powerful senior government positions.
A seven star veteran General was very concerned with the direction of our Constitutional Republic and once said that knowledge has been the providence of all great civilizations. Even Marcus Aurelius, the Roman General, did not care about his throne, Nothing was more important for him than the love of truth that showed on the faces of many Generals, especially on the face of the Secretary of State Mr. Colin Powell who was regularly bypassed in the major decision making process . In 2001 our defense budget was $293 billion and now in 2019 it is $686.1 billion but the future policies.
We are the most powerful nation on the earth Perhaps there is no easy solution in today’s embattled world climate only knowledge, love and long lasting peace can guarantee better future of humanity.

The People Party of Connecticut is a voluntary organisation of minorities formed after the tragedy of 9/11 due to the hate crimes that occurred against minorities and against the Patriot Act of 2001, which took liberties and created fear of Government. Unfortunately, since 2003 members are facing widening income gap and discrimination in the distribution of income, some party members went from being in middle class Americans to the most unequal among Americans racial and ethnic minorities. Many of the People Party members believe in Human Faith for Humanity, in which collecting welfare to feed families is against prophet Ibrahim belief left the State and moved to different parts of America to find work and decided not to go on food stamps and other welfare assistance of Government. Few who are still in Connecticut are out of business surviving by driving taxis or working at the gas station, grocery stores, liquor stores as a cheep labour.
Growing up in democracy everyone thinks that it’s easy to start a political party but unfortunately phenomenon of color, culture, religion and totalitarian way of old parties monopolies power and minor ideologies are not allowed even to exist . Such States are called Democratic and Republican friendship.
Political parties are necessary in a democracy otherwise public opinion cannot be organised and expressed . Human activities cannot be efficient without organisation and leadership, whether it be a family of two members , factory of three employees, army, or state. Perhaps Some form of direction is always needed to be efficient. America is known for it’s two party system in which almost all active members have decent jobs based on party affiliation . According to an analysis of data by the research institute of America , thousands Republicans and thousands Democrats are crazy rich mostly through the political connections and relationships in between party members ran IRS, track phone conversations in the name of domestic threat to control political activism. By using business owners usually Sunni Muslims to control Ahlalbayt ( House of Mohammed) . FBI , CIA and State Department only helps rich and powerful but faithful Americans.
How could a minor new political ideology would survive in the environment in which our businesses are shut down ,our properties are taken, fraudulently using our credit and monies , mortgages are increased without notices, forced to sign acts. Warrant are issued by IRS or any government department who doesn’t like diversity. It’s extremely difficult to sustain party members and to add new members to raise party funds to select suitable members for party positions election to formulate policies and programmes and launch propaganda campaigns.
Our library meeting are done out of State or even sometimes overseas because of fear of losing jobs and freedom. The People Party of Connecticut is the mere consequence of a minority who barely comprehends the complex system and rules of campaign finance laws, the law that allows who can and can’t go to the Office of the Secretary of the State to submit documents. laws attempting to get involved in State and municipal politics in an effort to branch out. We regret not acquiring a better understanding of the rules/regulations state by state and city by city. However, new immigrants whom first have to struggled with English would not be part of democratic process unless given opportunities, We have to say that the political sphere, even at the municipal level, is designed so its easily accessible only to those who reap the benefits of being born and raised in this country and part of Republicans and Democrats families. When people like us choose to get involved and create political party they struggle and at the first opportunity are hit with fines , tickets, bills for breaking a law they barely understood or even knew existed.
We wish to run in the elections again in 2020 and like the support of minorities of America . As a minority to enhance democracy for human fealty.

The present federal government of America came into existence on April 30, 1789. In 1776 the thirteen colonies were joined against England and declared their independence. the name became the Confederation of States. The Confederation wasn’t working well for the future of America. It had no power to compel the member States to act according to what the Confederation wanted and congress consisted of the delegates from the member States who could only recommend ideas but it was up to the State to accept. Basically the States retained their sovereignty and in 1785 States didn’t have central Judiciary . After few years because of many legal issues a Central Government was established to meet for the common requirements of the States. The first convention for the purpose of a Constitution was called in Philadelphia in 1787. This new Constitution was originally the Constitution of Connecticut modified for Central Government and it came into effect for first thirteen colonies . That was the reason Connecticut is remembered as the “ Constitution State of America since 1787 “

Many important powers are given to the Federal Government while all other powers are vested in the States. The federal government “ President “ appoints the Supreme Court Justices which is one of the most important and powerful position . When the Constitution was written, life expectancy was around 40 years; it’s now more than double that. In fact, life tenure gives justices the perverse incentive to stay on the court until a President with whom they tend to agree is in the White House – meaning some justices keep their seat until the “right” person is elected to the White House . Republicans President nominated 13 of the the past 17 Justices to serve on the Supreme Court. Justices responsibilities are to enhance America by protecting the liberties of Citizens , defending the Constitution of the United States by legislation from unjust or discriminatory State legislation and finding VI RI TAS . Justice is the ideal morally correct state of things and matter and timing is the essential in the matter of Justice as victim of Justice Docket 11-768 of Supreme Court of the United States I believe term limitations are extremely important.
In 1789 the constitution was very brief, consisting of Seven articles. It was brief and simple because it was based on the fundamental principles and didn’t have details amended according to the needs so congress can decide and do amendments. The Supreme Court of the United States was created by the original constitution of 1789 but the rest of the federal judiciary is the work of congress. It’s congress who created the executive departments, functions, organization of work flow even appointing and distribution of power. Over the years American Constitution has become one of the most complicated Constitution because of the 1st + 2nd Amendment 5th Amendment and 13th Amendment . Switzerland constitution is complicated because of many languages and cultures as well as India’s constitution because of length and confusions of languages ,The United Kingdom doesn’t have written Constitution only references of past experiences is one of The oldest and wisest system for the educated people.
The procedure of amending our Constitution, making it more complicated, Perhaps the forefathers were busy on the theory of Separation of Powers and believed in the liberty of the people and give the Presidential system to divide power because of this the President have executive power and not responsible to the legislature. While the legislature power is in the hands of Congress, Judicial powers are vested in the Supreme Court. The proposed was for the “ Checks and Balances” The President enjoys the Veto Powers and judicial power which appoints the Supreme Court Justices. The concern we have in America is that the Supreme Court is very supreme in theory and practice because of the “ judicial review “ this means Supreme Court Justices can declare any law passed by the congress or State legislature to be unconstitutional if Justices finds that the law violates any provision of the constitution
Jefferson clearly declared human faith and Political change is the center point of humanity in the First Amendment by saying Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of certain religion or prohibiting the free exercise therefore the burden of political and religion freedom were left to cities, state legislatures and court to resolve with almost none involvement from Congress or the federal courts created discriminating conditions in 2003 aftershocks of 911 for individual freedom in which people lost business, health, families separated, proprieties taken, lost jobs. Many domestic and foreign intelligence agencies was trying to protect America by torturing olive skinned Americans, perhaps dismayed and bigotry by the local cities and state against minor political and religious ideology created a universal appeal from International Court of Justice (ICJ) and from House of Commons of United Kingdom to enhance international laws for political and religious liberties a petitioned was summoned for human rights.
Today almost 2020 injustice continues unless Jesus Christ appears in the dreams of all Christians and reminded them that the crucifixion of “ Freedom “ continues you just be blinded for justice and truth.
