OBJECTION TO MOTION TO DISMISS FOR ASSOCIATED PRESS
SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW BRITAIN, CONNECTICUT
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
ASSOCIATED PRESS: Mr. Thomas Curley
DOCKET #: HHB-CV-11-5015298S
JULY 11TH 2011
OBJECTION TO MOTION TO DISMISS
Defendant-Appellee the Associated Press “Mr. Thomas Curley / discriminatory practice of gathering, subscribing, changing and dissemination of news for newspapers, broadcasters and on internet is in the violation because the First Amendment to the constitution of The United State, the Constitution of the state of Connecticut, Preamble to the journalism code of ethics, State of Connecticut “Hinges “law and various federal and state human rights laws. AP is also violating the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Divine Affirmations of Human Faith and our trust in the justice system of the United State of America and Connecticut Judicial court system.
I would like to request from the Superior court of New Britain Connecticut judge and justice system to enforce freedom and Human Rights. A common misconception among United State citizen is that the bad Journalists and Big Media or Top Dogs are immune from justice or Court lacks jurisdiction over discriminators. As we see in the next two pages in the language of Rabi (Multani) from Multan Pakistan that social justice and religious discrimination laws are better written and different then Connecticut’s Uniform Administrative Procedure Act to protect freedom.
